We want you to be completely satisfied with your Famme purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
